How Live Call Transcription + Intercept Works


  1. Call in progress

    • When a new call comes in, click “In Progress” from your dashboard.



  2. Watch live transcription

    • You’ll see a real-time transcript appear, word-for-word as the conversation unfolds.


  3. Interrupt & Transfer

    • A button will appear that says “Interrupt & Transfer.”

    • Select a number from your firm’s directory and instantly take control of the call.
